Individual Celebrates Dreaming as Equivalent to Goal-Pursuing London A 25-year-old British woman has announced that she's "extremely ambitious," celebrating her ambitious status based on frequently thinking about impressive goals she would like to achieve while taking zero concrete steps toward any of them."I'm very ambitious," she explained while contemplating possibilities. "I think about ambitious goals constantly. That proves my ambitious nature."Her "ambition" involves: extensive daydreaming about impressive futures, discussing goals frequently, celebrating dream-engagement as equivalent to goal-pursuit.Ambition involves goal-setting combined with persistent action toward achievement; daydreaming without effort represents wishful thinking, not ambition. She apparently interprets thinking about goals as pursuing them."I'm planning my impressive future," she noted. "Internally. Through extensive thought. That's comprehensive ambition."When asked what concrete steps she's taken toward ambitious goals, she responded: "I think about them constantly. That's step one. Eventually steps two and three will follow through additional thinking."Years pass without her pursuing any stated ambitions. She celebrates: "My ambitious goals remain impressive. That proves my ambitious nature. The lack of progress is just timing."Goal achievement requires action, persistence, and overcoming obstacles; thinking about goals without action represents daydreaming, not ambition. She has apparently separated ambition-identity from ambition-action."I'm incredibly ambitious," she concluded while dreaming further. "My extensive goal-thinking proves my ambitious nature. The fact that I never pursue them is irrelevant to my ambitious identity."
